The Sales Administration Specialist plays a key role in supporting Fibre Glast’s Sales Team in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role is crucial to the smooth functioning of our sales department, providing essential support to the sales team and ensuring we provide each customer with an exceptional experience. The Sales Admin will be responsible for keeping flawless customer records in our CRM, processing orders in both our backend Shopify network and maintaining released orders in our ERP system. This position is considered a launch pad for individuals seeking their first step in the sales organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Sales support experience is preferred including CRM but not required
  • 40-50 WPM keyboarding efficiency
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate skills with software and Microsoft Office Products
  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar (Bi-Lingual: Spanish fluency desirable)
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
  • Handling Communication by answering phones, replying to emails, and managing correspondence between the sales team and customers
  • Processing Work Tickets for orders sent to the production floor
  • Standard Order processing by helping process orders, track their progress, and ensure timely delivery
  • Web Order processing
  • Sales Inbox Quotes and inquiries by addressing questions via phone, email, or other channels as well as taking standard phone-in Quotes and Orders
  • Sales/Customer Service inbound email response
  • Customer Terms and Conditions review and updating of our T&C database
  • ERP order processing changes/updates
  • Updating Denied Party Screening forms and Customer Compliance forms
  • Record Keeping by updating/maintaining CRM data, contacts, returns and associated tasks
  • Sales Material Preparation by assisting with the creation of proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral
  • Trouble shooting and problem-solving by assisting customers with resolving issues related to orders, accounts, or services
  • Building positive relationships by fostering customer relationships and maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Performing other job-related duties as requested
