SALES ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR
Location: Mildenhall, Suffolk
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum
Benefits: 26 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, health cash plan and death in service cover – 3x annual salary
Duration: 12 Month Contract – Maternity Cover

Look no further, we have just the role for you. Join this manufacturing business as the Sales Administration Supervisor to cover a 12 month maternity cover contract.
· Managing the sales inbox and ensuring that all orders are processed in a timely manner
· Manging a team of 4 and providing 1 to 1 support
· Ensure that all orders have the appropriate paperwork
· Liaising with Design team regarding special orders
· Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times
· Investigating customer complaints
· Continue developing sales standards and implement needed training
· Tracking enquiry levels and producing reports
· Provide KPI’s (key performance data)
· Promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout the business
· Leading and managing the team
· Assist with recruitment and selection throughout the department
· Completing inductions and onboarding
· Completing appraisals and general staff support
