1. JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering phone calls, organizing and scanning files, ordering office supplies, coordinating and restocking maintenance orders. They are also responsible for scheduling meetings, facilitating events, and other office gatherings including booking travel arrangements and reservations for staff members.
OTHER TASKS
Acts as petty cash custodian for Davao plant and process liquidations
Conduct and submit monthly inventory and sales reports
Perform other duties such as being the Sales Representative of Auro Chocolate for the Davao Plant.
Assist customers and clients
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
