We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrative Assistant to support our SVP of Sales and the broader Direct Sales channel. This role will be onsite in our Rosemont, IL office and includes both administrative support and some office coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping teams stay focused and efficient. Responsibilities Sales Support Provide administrative and operational support to the SVP of Sales and the Direct Sales team Prepare sales reports, track key metrics, and assist with CRM data entry and maintenance Support the creation of presentation materials and documentation for sales initiatives Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups Assist with onboarding materials and process documentation for new sales team members Office Coordination Serve as the onsite point of contact for office needs in the Rosemont location Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and meeting room scheduling Support planning and logistics for in-person meetings, training sessions, and team events Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and aligned with Celero’s culture Experience & Requirements 2+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or office coordination role Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a collaborative team environment Reports to: SVP of Direct Sales Start date: Immediate Employment type: Full-time; Exempt Location: Onsite in Rosemont, Illinois Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 Benefits: We provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, identify theft protection, paid time off, and 401k (4% match) Celero Commerce provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
