We are searching for an organized self-starter to be our new sales administrative assistant. You should also be well-versed in internal operations and prepare and file relevant documents.
To be successful as a sales admin assistant, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.Compensation:

$17 hourlyResponsibilities:

  • Small Meeting Bookings – contract, detail, manage, actuals, billing
  • Lead catcher for all leads, qualify, and distribute to the sales team
  • Manage all social media for the hotel and restaurant/and bar IRO
  • Create all marketing communications
  • Attend weekly EO meetings with sales, banquets, and culinary teams
