This position will be responsible for providing friendly and professional information and assistance to guests. This position will also provide support to the Sales Managers with the preparation of any charter details and correspondence to the client. Due to the nature of our business, this position will require weekend work.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
  • Welcome callers and visitors graciously in a professional manner.
  • Handle all requests and inquires promptly.
  • Inside sales but can participate in evening networkers with company money to create producing contact relationships.
  • Provide support to the Sales department to ensure department is running seamlessly.
  • Act as the department’s main communication hub, ensuring the flow of messages and information both internally and externally between customers and vendors.
  • Maintain meticulous records for reference and reporting. Hotels, Teams Goals, Leads
  • Give specific assistance for Hotel Sales Manager to help them while on the road.
  • Actively work internet web leads assigned with specific parameters (3k and below, 3rd party boats and sport yachts as well as catamaran) weekdays: Friday, Monday Tuesday.
  • Actively work on ALL internet leads on the weekdays. Saturday and Sunday
  • In charge of the Blackout and notification SOP.
  • TimeLine Tracker: Sales/Events contract deadlines and updates processing.
  • Is charge of Lead Monitoring SOP.?
  • Make cold call to repeat clients and to local corporate businesses based on a strategic list.
  • Be on Chat when in on the clock.
  • Other duties as assigned by the DOS and Sales Managers.

  • Ability to fluently speak, read, write and understand English.
  • Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with all clients, team members and management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of products, services and hours of operation.
  • Ability to follow communication etiquette guidelines at all times.
  • Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or similar field preferred.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
  • Weekly Work Schedule
  • Tuesday thru Saturday. 9am - 5pm. (after training)
  • Days off: Monday & Sunday
