Sales AND Administrative Assistant
Lonestar Lumber is looking for an energetic, positive,adaptable Sales & Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in generating and maintaining new customers while managing existing clients, as well as providing clerical, and accounting support to our existing staff, when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a sales role is preferred,
  • Communication and negotiation skills are advantageous,
  • Must have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel, and other similar applications
  • Knowledge of Quick-books accounting system is a plus,
  • Must have knowledge of basic accounting
    The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: From $16.00 per hour

  • Generate new sales by cultivating new accounts,
  • Collaborate with Management to finalize quotes and close deals,
