Sales w/ Administrative Support
Lonestar Lumber is seeking an energetic, adaptable individual to join our team! In this dual-role position, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing existing accounts, driving new sales, and building strong relationships.
This individual will also play a role providing clerical, and accounting support to our existing staff, when needed.
Your ability to deliver exceptional customer services, while handling administrative tasks will be crucial in this role. Successful candidates will possess a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage various responsibilities simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • An experienced sales representative, with communication and negotiation skills is preferred,
  • Must have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel, and other similar applications
  • Must be able to work individually or as part of a team,
  • Knowledge of Quick-books accounting system is a plus,
  • Must have knowledge of basic accounting
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads and close sales through various channels including cold calling,
  • Collaborate with management and assist in preparation and submission of proposals;
  • Manage existing customer accounts and maintain relationships,
  • Responding quickly to customer inquiries and provide solutions to requests or issues;

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Provide administrative, accounting, and/or bookkeeping support as needed;
  • Provide in-office vacation coverage
