JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting personalized itineraries, and promoting our unique tours to potential clients. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enriching travel experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Ireland’s geography, history, culture, and attractions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and CRM software HubSpot an advantage.
  • Passion for travel and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Report to Travel Team Lead and General Manager.
  • Assist the Team Lead in all areas including Sales and Administrative duties.
  • Book Accomodations and Activities for our valued customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about our tours, itineraries, and destinations.
  • Create customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences, interests, and budget.
  • Offer expert advice on travel arrangements, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and attractions.
  • Process bookings, manage reservations, and handle customer payments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the travel planning process.
  • Stay up-to-date on Ireland’s travel industry trends, including new destinations, attractions, and activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote our tours and reach new customers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
