This role ensures that our sales engine runs at peak performance by managing CRM oversight, KPI tracking, commission and incentive reporting, and the administrative functions that allow our sales professionals to stay focused on what they do best—building relationships and driving revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of Administrative Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Operations experience.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple streams of work at once.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, metrics, and incentive structures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
