After 90 days you will be eligible for benefits: · Health/Dental/Vision Insurance · Flexible Spending Account · Life Insurance · 401(k) · 401(k) Matching · Paid Time Off General Summary Responsible for supporting sales operations and ensuring efficient communication between internal teams, dealers and customers. This role plays a critical part in managing inbound sales activity, coordinating lead distribution and maintaining accurate data within the ERP system. Essential Duties and Tasks Manage and monitor various WireCrafters email accounts, ensuring timely responses and proper routing of inquiries. Review, qualify and distribute incoming leads to the appropriate dealer network based on territory and project requirements. Set up new customers, dealers and companies within the ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Pull and prepare order documentation for remote sales team members, ensuring they have the information needed to support customers effectively. Serve as back-up support for reception, including answering incoming calls, directing inquiries and assisting visitors as necessary. Serve as back-up for catalog orders. Maintain organized records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities. Responsible for maintaining office supplies in the office area. Pull and compile paperwork for completed/shipped orders. Working Conditions Office setting with low to moderate noise due to computers, printers, and people moving about. 8-hour work days – 5 days per week (Monday – Friday). Overtime required on occasion. Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk or sit for an extended period of time. Occasional bending. Occasional lifting – maximum weight 25 pounds. Machines, Tools, Equipment Computers, Copiers and Printers Telephone Requirements Skills & Knowledge High School Diploma or GED. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems. Customer service or administrative experience preferred. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. Problem solving mindset. Ability to work independently and part of a team.
