Responsibilities

GENERAL DUTIES

  • Provide general administrative support to the senior management and production team.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
  • Handle other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned to support the company’s daily operations.
  • Manage and organise company documents, contracts, and digital files.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming and outgoing client inquiries/ communication.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, appointments, and filming.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents.
  • Prepare and edit reports, filming plans, presentations, and other documents as needed.
