We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth sales operations by supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely delivery and seamless order processing.
Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer follow-ups with professionalism and efficiency.
Support in organizing meetings, presentations, and sales-related events.
Ensure proper documentation of sales contracts, invoices, and agreements for compliance and reference.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering graduates are preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Abilities: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
