The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales Administrative Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep a sales team firing on all cylinders. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes pro making sure customer accounts run smoothly, sales programs stay on track, and our wholesale growth plan keeps momentum. This isn’t just paperwork — it’s about fueling relationships, creating efficiency, and helping a high-performing sales team reach the next level.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to support for our Sales team: invoicing, tracking payments, and keeping key accounts in motion.
  • Manage and organize sales collateral, samples, and promotional materials — making sure our partners always have what they need to succeed.
  • Keep our CRM (HubSpot) clean, current, and powerful.
  • Jump in where needed: scheduling, reports, presentations, and customer proposals.
  • Deliver top-tier after-sales support, solving problems with speed and professionalism to keep customers happy and loyal.
  • Assist in planning and executing trade shows, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Stay plugged in to product launches, industry trends, and customer needs so the team is always ahead of the curve.
  • Look for ways to streamline operations and make the team smarter, faster, and more efficient.

What You Bring

  • Solid skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience (HubSpot a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities — you know how to make people feel heard and supported.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with deadlines.
  • A positive, proactive attitude — you don’t just do tasks, you make things better.
  • Experience in customer service or sales support; background in CBD/Kratom sales is a plus.
  • Team player mindset — collaborative, flexible, and motivated to win together.
