This Position reports to:

This role reports to the Inside Sales Manager, NAM
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support and empower departmental organization, key performance indicators and other supporting functions to achieve departmental targets and goals. This is achieved by providing insight and support into the history of business, maintain automated KPI via digital file maintenance, flagging issues with order in transit and providing administrative system support for non-front facing credits and requests.
This role is contributing to the Emergency and Hazardous location lighting in the United States of America. Main stakeholders are Regional Sales Manager, Agents, Service Depots and other market partners.

Responsibilities
  • Checking coded orders to ensure all aspects of the order have been treated properly by the sales team prior to the entry of the order in the ERP system.
  • Creating data within the CRM platform for automated KPI values and departmental performance insight.
  • Flag freight issues and support the action for resolutions.
  • Account creation, modification and management for customers and agents.
  • Submitting and communicating non-material credits or concessions requested by sales and approved by management.
  • Facilitate the consolidated return of material from State-side holding.
  • Support creation of system documentation on an as-needed basis to back up the sales team during peak business periods.
