Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Chichester sales team on a part time basis of 25 hours per week. Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prioritise and organise
  • Positive, pro-active and flexible approach
  • Well presented
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous administration experience within an estate agents or the property industry is not essential as the full training is provided
Responsibilities
  • Managing the Anti-money laundering process
  • Supporting the sales team with all aspects of the sale process
  • Overseeing and understanding P&L
  • Coordinating photos/brochures/window displays
  • Managing property portals
  • Sales & purchase invoicing
  • Organising external contractors
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Canvassing & advertising
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with support departments to ensure the smooth running of the office
