JOB SUMMARY
We have an sales / admin role available in our office in Crick (just outside Rugby). The role involves sales advice to customers, order processing, troubleshooting carrier issues, updating the website, booking shows and social media including Facebook and blog posts.
The candidate should be friendly, self motivated, able to organise a busy workload and capable of working as part of a team. The role involves speaking to customers on the phone, answering emails and computer based order processing.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of sales administration processes. This role involves managing customer interactions, processing order, and ensuring efficient communication with the customer.
