JOB SUMMARY

We have an sales / admin role available in our office in Crick (just outside Rugby). The role involves sales advice to customers, order processing, troubleshooting carrier issues, updating the website, booking shows and social media including Facebook and blog posts.
The candidate should be friendly, self motivated, able to organise a busy workload and capable of working as part of a team. The role involves speaking to customers on the phone, answering emails and computer based order processing.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of sales administration processes. This role involves managing customer interactions, processing order, and ensuring efficient communication with the customer. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a sales administration or similar administrative role is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Good computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on building positive relationships.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
