What you will be doing: Reporting to the Director of Commercial, support the Commercial team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining guest satisfaction within the hotel services. Manage administrative tasks for the team (records, reports, inquiries). Process reservations and sales inquiries accurately in a timely manner. Coordinate with other related departments to ensure all sales initiatives align with the hotel target and objectives. Maintain relationships with the guests, addressing their needs and ensure guest satisfactions. Organize and analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunity for the Commercial team to achieve targets. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Professional and excellent communication, organization and administration skills. Mature and outgoing personality. Having the experience in a similar position in an international brand (premium/luxury). Remote area work experience is preferred. Expert in MS Programs, Opera Cloud and Amadeus Delphi systems. Ability to multitask, flexible in working hours and with tight deadlines.
