JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Responsibilities

  • Always demonstrate a smart and professional approach
  • Answer customer enquiries and process customer sales orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build great inter departmental relationships to ensure clear communication
  • Develop product knowledge and thrive on educating our customers on new ideas
  • Present superior customer service by making product information readily available
  • Booking customer visits and meetings as required
  • Assist with management of new customers and retrieving contact information for Sage/CRM
  • Support coordination of sample requests and website sales
  • Raise internal sales orders for stock replenishment when requested and where necessary
  • Assist and support sales and marketing events and initiatives, including attendance at trade fairs, roadshows and webinars when necessary
  • Demonstrate superior organisation and time management skills
  • Thrive on meeting deadlines in line with sales targets
  • Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so

Your Profile

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Previous experience in sales administration and customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience in sales order processing
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and energetic
