Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an organised and motivated individual to join our Trading Team. As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be helping us manage and sell important aircraft parts like Auxiliary Power Units (APUs), Landing Gears, and Engine Nacelles. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring smooth operations during the sale, lease, or trade of these parts. You will report directly to the VP of Trading and collaborate with multiple departments to keep everything running efficiently.
Whether you’re a recent graduate or have a few years of experience in the aviation industry, if you’re commercially driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for the aviation aftermarket, with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a talent for building relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer requests and help negotiate prices/terms
  • Assist in managing exchange, lease, sale, and repair orders.
  • Liaise with internal technical departments regarding Technical Packs / Tech records queries.
  • Distribute marketing materials and gather market pricing and intelligence.
  • Coordinate with teardown facilities for asset removal, packaging and shipping.
  • Maintain asset sales records efficiently within the Quantum system.
  • Track market trends using our CRM software
  • Develop professional relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Seek out mentorship, advice, and challenging opportunities to learn
  • Expect to carry out various admin-related duties, as needed and appropriate to your role, under the guidance of the Line Manager.
