Job Title: Sales Administrator 5 days onsite in Fife, WA (no relocation) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to efficiently enter high-volume customer orders, approximately 30 per day, into our system. You will pull, sort, and organize printed customer orders, and scan and upload them into our Stealth system. Accuracy and organization of documents are crucial, along with providing light administrative support such as handling mail and maintaining a front desk presence. You will also support the workflow of the inside sales team. Responsibilities Enter high-volume customer orders into the system, approximately 30 per day. Pull, sort, and organize printed customer orders. Scan and upload orders into the Stealth system. Maintain accuracy and organization of documents. Provide light administrative support, including handling mail and front desk presence. Support the workflow of the inside sales team. Essential Skills Experience in admin or customer service roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong customer service skills. Experience in inside sales support and order entry. Ability to handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks. Strong reliability and consistency. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in the aerospace industry is advantageous but not required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Work Environment This is a full-time, onsite position from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. You will be part of a collaborative and friendly team, working in a stable and structured office environment. The team includes three onsite inside sales representatives and two hybrid/senior sales reps. The role offers exposure to the aerospace industry and provides a clear 'foot in the door' opportunity into inside sales, with potential growth into sales roles over time. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fife, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
