We are looking to strengthen our team with a Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Microsoft office suite – excel – strong computer literacy skills

  • Good numerical skills
  • Experience in administrative tasks
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

Skills preferred:

  • Experience working with international businesses
  • Basic ability to interpret Site Building drawings accurately
Responsibilities
  • Dealing with incoming external sales enquiries (telephone or email)
  • Processing internal sales enquiries
  • Producing accurate technical quotations
  • Following up with customers
  • Preparing orders to hand over to the Project Management and Production team
  • General support to the sales team
    The job entails working in a vibrant and busy office environment. Initially a small team, the company is looking to expand into new markets and other product fields and therefore new opportunities will arise from this in the future.
