POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the Sales team across Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, and Vancouver. This position is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Given the national scope of the role, bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing inbound leads, ensuring accurate CRM data hygiene, supporting the Regional Account Managers (RAMs), and helping drive efficiency by leveraging AI tools and streamlined processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to quickly understand a prospect’s needs, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with the Sales & Marketing team.
This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, with a requirement to work from the office at least three (3) days per week, adjusting as needed based on business demands.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in French and English (required).
  • 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or administrative support experience
  • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred); comfortable working with data and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and confidence using AI or digital tools to increase efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first mindset.
  • Previous experience in coworking, commercial real estate, or leasing is an asset.
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours when necessary to accommodate time zone differences.
