JOB OVERVIEW

Brett Property are one of the leading independent Estate / Letting Agents in Pembrokeshire. A vacancy has occurred within the company for a Sales Administrator. The successful applicant will be based at the Brett Property Ltd office on Milford Waterfront Marina.
The applicant must have excellent communication skills, as they will be required to deal directly with clients and customers. Computer literacy, keyboard skills and a comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft software is a pre-requisite. Self motivation, honesty, diplomacy and most importantly, the ability to work within a close-knit team environment, are also requirements relating to the position. The applicant must have a clean UK driving licence and be prepared to use their own vehicle for travelling to and from properties or appointments. A mileage allowance will be paid in relation to the use of their own vehicle.
Experience in Estate Agency and Lettings is not a necessity, as in house training will be provided.
