SALES ADMINISTRATOR – BRYGHT LTD

  • Based in Telford
  • Full-time & Permanent
  • 40 hrs per week
  • £26,000 – £28,000 per annum
    Are you super organised, confident on the phone, and love keeping things running smoothly? Bryght Ltd is on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join our growing team!
    We’re an energetic and friendly company working in the events, AV, gaming and furniture hire industry – no two days are ever the same. We’re looking for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and communicates clearly and professionally with both colleagues and customers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling inbound sales enquiries and helping to convert them into bookings
  • Preparing and sending quotes (and following up!)
  • Keeping in touch with our lovely customers to ensure they have everything they need
  • Carrying out general office admin tasks to keep the business running smoothly
  • Assisting the operations manager with scheduling, paperwork, and coordination
  • Getting stuck in with any other tasks that help the team and business

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in sales, office administration, or a customer-focused role
  • Someone who is organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • A natural communicator with a clear and professional style (both written & spoken)
  • A team player who’s also confident working independently
  • A full UK driving licence – this role will occasionally require travel
