As Sales Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial operations, supporting our Business Development Manager and wider sales team. You’ll help us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients by:

  • Maintaining and updating client data and records in our CRM (we use Pipedrive).
  • Preparing quotations, processing invoices, and managing client contracts.
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients and nurturing ongoing relationships.
  • Coordinating all sales documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Supporting sales performance reporting and pipeline tracking.
  • Providing flexible administrative support across teams as needed
Responsibilities
