Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process sales order, arrange delivery and issue invoice.
  • Verify orders to ensure accuracy of products and pricing, including customers’ personal information and payment details.
  • Relay order instructions and feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Proactive and prompt follow-up to emails or phone calls to provide positive customer service experience.
  • Contact customers to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Manage stock reservations (including rental glass), and follow up on backorders when stocks arrive.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison.
  • Maintain proper documentations.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing team.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills (Email, Word, Excel).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Proactive, attention to details and well organized
  • Ability to prioritise workload, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
