SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize workload efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining records & stock control
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in relevant databases.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Attend exhibitions in Europe & UK
  • Assist in packaging & labelling of products for shipment
  • Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
