JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to support the sales and field sales team by ensuring the quality of appointments booked by our Sales Development Representatives. You will be responsible for making sure each appointment booked meets the quality standards of the company. This role plays a vital part in maintaining workflow and improving the efficiency of the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Check the viability of each appointment booked by the Sales team based on financial requirements and broadband availability
  • Update the diary and CRM to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
  • Listening to calls to summarise relevant information for the Field Sales team to maximise their efficiency
  • Key administration tasks that are essential for the smooth running of the sales process
  • Provide ongoing support to SDRs to ensure they are booking high-quality appointments
  • Support the field sales team with general administrative tasks as required, such as providing broadband information

What you’ll need:

  • Attention to detail, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken communication, allowing you to interact with team members
  • Experience in administration is preferable
