Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Excellent communication skills with a “can do” attitude,
  • Highly organised, efficient and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written communication skills & high attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality
  • A background in Sales or supporting a Sales or Marketing team is highly desirable

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

  • Assist in preparing and delivering professional proposals and tender documentation
  • Conduct regular data maintenance activities on our customer data base to ensure quality and accuracy of information
  • Provide a high level of administrative support to the sales team as required
  • Prepare and follow up quotes on behalf of the sales tea
