Description

Main Function of the Role:We’re looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Sales Administrator to support our export sales. The role will focus on managing administrative tasks, day-to-day communication, preparing enquiry documents, and order processing for all our export clients and distributors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full enquiry-to-order process for export clients and distributors, including but not limited to:
  • Generating quotes and processing orders using our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Liaising with the production team to confirm order details and track timelines to promote on-time delivery
  • Ensuring timely delivery and following up on any required aftercare
  • Act as the key internal point of contact for export orders, ensuring timely updates are provided to clients or their respective export distributor sales teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate export client records in Salesforce.
  • Participate in internal meetings to discuss export trends, pipeline activity, client feedback, and ideas
  • Coordinate sample requests, manage tracking, and follow up
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to general sales enquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including travel bookings and meeting preparation
  • Organise and support client tours at The Foundry
