ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. In this key support role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations by providing vital administrative to the sales team. From order processing to customer service and financing, you will play a central role in maintaining organization and efficiency across the sales process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Order Processing:

Accurately manage sales orders from start to finish—across both online and offline platforms—including financial documentation and delivery coordination.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain and update customer records, respond to inquiries, and provide pre- and post-sale support, including financing assistance.

  • Sales & Documentation Support:

Prepare sales, warranty, and financing documentation to support the sales team.

  • Data & Website Management:

Maintain sales databases and website listings, track performance metrics, and generate reports to monitor sales progress.

  • Cross-Department Coordination:

Collaborate with departments such as accounting and operations to ensure seamless workflow and timely customer deliveries.

  • Administrative Duties:

Handle invoices, payments, and sales-related paperwork with attention to detail.

  • Problem Solving:

Address customer issues promptly, resolve discrepancies, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
