Responsibilities
  • Completing customer new line forms and promotional proposal forms.
  • Processing non-stock invoices and price claims.
  • Occasional visits to customers for meetings when required.
  • Synchronising price files between DCS and customers.
  • Gathering evidence of execution of activity in store/depot.
  • Updating sales forecast trackers with monthly actuals.
  • Assisting with supply issues, communicating shortages and reorder dates.
  • Coordinating sales aids and one-pagers, working with Commercial, Category Insights, and Design teams.
  • Managing POS requests, deliveries, storage, and shipments.
  • Conducting comparison shops.
  • Sourcing and sending samples to customers.
