To enable our continued growth, we are seeking a professional and experienced Sales Administrator to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a keen attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales administration or customer service role
  • Experience in manufacturing or technical products environment preferred
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of accurate order processing and customer management

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner and customer service approach
