We have an exciting opportunity due to development for a Sales Support Administrator to join our growing Sales Support team. We are seeking an individual with a strong willingness to learn, confidence in their abilities, and a proactive approach to completing tasks. Previous experience or a background in sales support administration is necessary.
As our company expands, the Sales Support team will become a crucial element of our business, playing a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the organization through exceptional customer service and support.

  • Previous experience working within a similar office role essential
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft office packages, particularly excel
  • Previous experience working within the motor trade an advantage but not essential
  • Flexible attitude to work with a can do attitude
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verba
Responsibilities
  • Input & process of vehicle orders
  • Registering and taxing of vehicles, both new & used.
  • Tracking vehicle stock movements, and assisting with timely delivery to customers.
  • Raising invoices / credits
  • Producing sales reports
  • Managing office processes and making sure they are completed on a timely basis
  • Providing assistance & liaising to the accounts department
  • Daily inputting of purchase invoices
  • Work as part of a team to effectively & efficiently provide a high level of customer’s service.
  • General administrative duties
