You’ll be supporting our sales teams, helping with day-to-day admin tasks, and being a welcoming first point of contact for our clients. Responsibilities
  • Assisting the managers by typing/ preparing pre/post val letters
  • Assisting valuer by preparing comparable/marketing material for appointments
  • Arranging and booking viewings and valuations
  • Sending viewing referrals to developers
  • Arranging confirmation of sales for residential department
  • Doing AML Checks on all purchasers and vendors for both residential dept
  • Checking daily for new completions, enclosing property keys ready for collection, removing paper file from filing cabinet, scanning and dead filing in line with GDPR.
  • Print new property list daily.
  • Assisting with typing property particulars onto dezrez and uploading properties onto Dezrez.
  • Assisting with ordering EPC’s for properties
  • Assisting with arranging professional photography/aerial photography and creating executive brochures.
  • Assisting with chasing ID & address verification and obtaining AML check with simply conveyancing.
