Acting as a key point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders, the Technical Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing enquiries, preparing quotations, supporting the sales process, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the first point of contact for sales and customer service enquiries, including quotations, order updates, returns, and delivery issues.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to both internal and external sales teams.
  • Deliver accurate and timely pre- and post-sales technical support to customers and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation and management of sales quotations and technical documentation.
  • Maintain strong product and industry knowledge to support internal knowledge sharing.
  • Support field sales teams during technical demonstrations and trade events as required.
  • Participate in new product evaluations and contribute to the assessment of emerging technologies.
  • Adhere to internal procedures and health & safety policies while upholding a professional company image.
  • Carry out additional technical or administrative tasks as directed by management.
