Description

Sales Administrator - Onsite position at Chilwell Nottingham.
Working hours will be Monday – Thursday 9am-5.30pm with a 1-hour lunch break & Friday 9am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch break totalling 37.5 Hrs.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

EMCS specialises in Alarm and CCTV Monitoring with over 30 years in experience in the industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual who is looking to work within in a busy sales environment and is keen to progress their skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Preparation for Field Sales trips
· Utilising Customer Relation Management (CRM) software package to create and maintain filing systems
· Managing the Sales, Transfer and Customer Service inboxes
· Shredding
· Assist with maintaining and growing client base
· Admin support for Field Sales /Sales & Customer Services Supervisor and Head of Sales
· Fielding incoming Sales queries and pricing enquiries – using Sentinel billing functions where necessary
· Taking details of inbound complaints and passing to the relevant Head of Department
· Preparing Quotations/Proposals/Tenders
· Preparing Sales/Welcome packs
· Creating and processing New Accounts – liaising with Admin /Accounts/ Ops department
· Completing Mail -Merges for transfers, news bulletins, quarterly magazine, targeted campaigns, and new/existing customer e-shots
· After Sales care for new customers
· Creating and managing monthly customer care questionnaires for new and existing customers
· Stock taking, ensuring we have supplies of product literature
· Printing bespoke panel labels/end user support packs
· Preparing refreshments for in-house meetings
· Liaising with other departments to ensure client’s requests are achievable
· Attend and contribute to our monthly sales meeting

RESPONSIBILITIES AS EXPERIENCE OF THE ROLE DEVELOPS: -

· Assist with devising campaigns to grow our base including e-shots, mailers, and strategic marketing initiatives
· Have an input into the design and content of our website
· Assist with Bulk transfers/ VCMs into the ARC – including auditing pre & post transfer
· Assisting with quarterly “Independent” Magazine editorial content
· Customer Care calls and surveys, working from our existing database
· Following up quotations
· Assisting with special projects as and when required

OCCASIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: -

· Assist with exhibition arrangements
· Supplier/Industry partner events
· In-house Seminars and Open days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,809.00-£26,486.00 per year
