Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records, updating the CRM system daily
  • Ensure high level of attention to detail in all administrative tasks
  • Stay informed about our property developments, deals, and client progress
  • Liaise with third-party agents and provide regular updates to clients
  • Work alongside the Commercial Manager to manage buyers through their customer journey
  • Assist with property completions, ensuring mortgage offers are obtained before deadlines
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed correctly and uploaded to the CRM before sending it to solicitors
  • Keep the CRM updated with notes, deal milestones, and construction updates
  • Manage the Outlook inbox, ensuring timely responses to client and solicitor queries
  • Conduct internal AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks
  • Ensure all files are kept upto date in line with company policy
  • Build strong relationships with investors, providing top-tier customer service
  • Maintain excellent communication with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and third-party agents
  • Report to the Commercial Manager, handling delegated administrative tasks efficiently
  • Maintain client relations via telephone, emails, and WhatsApp
