The job
As a Sales Administrator you will Oversee and handle sales inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customers and efficient order processing.

• Answer sales calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Make follow-up calls to both new and existing customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Prepare and send quotations to customers using Word documents.
• Manage customer interactions and sales data.
• Support sales staff with general administrative tasks, such as updating contact details, entering company information into the system, and generating reports using CRM.
• Assist sales representatives via live chat, addressing customer inquiries in real-time.
• Organize and send product samples to clients on behalf of the sales team.
• Conduct research to identify potential clients, gathering relevant information for outreach.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
