Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Administrator/Executive Assistant is a critical and extremely varied role within the business, reporting directly to the Group Sales Director and working within a small team, this role is largely split into 2 main areas;

  • Sales Support
  • Company/Senior Director Support

The role will largely focus on providing general administration support to the Sales Director and company wide field sales team, key areas include;

  • Provide high-level admin support to Sales Director including, travel, bookings, managing communications and general administrative tasks
  • Manage and circulate all sales pricing
  • Support sales team in preparing large corporate proposals and tender bid submissions
  • Provide marketing support for customer facing exhibitions / conferences
  • Plan and organise internal sales events, including travel, bookings, event set-up
  • Create, circulate and manage internal sales communications
  • Support sales recruitment and onboarding; prepare offer letters, contracts, starter pack, induction planning/training.
  • Prepare proposals/presentations, customer facing materials as required
  • Create, update and manage sales and marketing collateral as required
  • Manage and update Group Sales Support Share Files as required
  • Plan and organise sales incentive trips, including launch/teaser posters, costings, bookings.
  • Create and manage email campaigns (service and sales)
  • Liaise between external partners and sales teams for centralised communication

In addition to the sales support responsibilities, the role will cover support to other areas of the business, key areas include;

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors & Senior management, including travel, bookings, and general administrative tasks
  • Complete & submit supplier compliance questionnaires as required
  • Create and circulate company wide communications via email
  • Manage online recruitment, internal HR comms, issue policy documentation as required
  • Plan and organise company employee events including annual BBQ, Christmas Raffle, End of Year events.
  • Manage procurement for all customer facing branded collateral including printed documentation, Vehicle Livery, Signage, Workwear etc.
  • Liaise with marketing partners to manage updates to existing collateral including website, printed literature, presentations etc
