Responsibilities

Process and input sales orders and credit notes onto Sage 50 system for the two companies trading as Eddingtons Uk and Eddingtons BV
Liaison and communication with all overseas (export) customers and their forwarders
Coordinate Shipping quotations as required.
Maintain associated filing systems for documents processed. Update and maintain customer price lists.
Transmit order confirmations, dispatch notes, copy invoices and proformas to customers by email.
Coordinating and prioritising stock allocations. Monitoring and reporting stock levels
Creation of export documentation from agreed templates, including declarations, commercial invoices, packing lists. Prepare Power of Attorney documents for signature.
Manage third party websites and portal to process shipping instructions from Far East Warehouse
Maintain and support customer enquiries within the shared Sales@eddingtons.co.uk and Eusales@eddingtons.bv email boxes
Manage any consumer enquiries for faulty goods, warranty claims or product or part replacements.
Direct consumer enquiries to appropriate stockists
Cover and support colleagues’ workload during peaks and holidays
Support regional sales managers with sample requests and product information queries
Liaise with customers regarding stock availability, stock substitutions and delivery delays
Manage customer back orders and keep customers briefed on updates
Provide excel copies of data to customers or sales team as required
Help with preparing office post as part of a rota
Update and management of customer portals and interfaces for receiving, processing or tracking orders.
Contact customers by phone or email to update information, advise of promotions and resolve queries.
Support Sales Managers with new line documentation and excel data requests.
