Job Description Support sales team’s administration work Report and Manage HCP compliance activities internally via company system and to KMDIA per KMDIA Ethics Code (only inputting event information) Various schedule management and regular sharing include ISK upcoming event, marketing program, academic congress and TR100 Support internal logistics and the operation for Market Development Events(hospital level congress, booth activities, mobile events, and VIP sessions) for Capital & Clinical Sales (ex. payment operation, system booking, system delivery arranging, office meeting room reserving, needed material packing) Support I&A stock counting for trade credit in hospitals Deliver basic information (system specification, manual, brochure, readiness, guide, etc.) based on customers’ inquiries. Support contract-related documentations (ex. Company seal certification, tax payment proof, etc.) and send to each ASM Parcel for I&A, demo and promotional material Training I&A, material, sample and ISO order and customer visit related parking items management I&A price check, quotation, filing, postage Other office job based on team’s need Build and manage business related information for better sales data infrastructure includes: Collect, update and manage customer related data (ex. TAM, surgeon pipelines...) Supporting data analysis and visualization for sales forecast, reports Generate quarterly ‘Account profile report’ and distribute to all commercial Collect and manage hospital DaVinci promotional material acquired from CSRs Investigate various data and update using KOSIS (including hospital infrastructures and private insurance) Create report and support customer communication and billing for accounts based on PPP & AMP Other data acquisition and managing based on team’s request Qualifications Skill/Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advance MS office skills Proactive and ability to work independently. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
