POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Administrator – Red Deer Branch plays a vital role in creating a seamless workflow between Sales, Parts, and Service departments. Acting as the central point of communication, this position ensures that all details, from truck order to final delivery are accurate, on time, and aligned with customer expectations. By handling administrative tasks and streamlining processes, the Sales Administrator allows the sales team to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
This is a highly collaborative role designed to improve efficiency, eliminate miscommunication, and keep every department aligned in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous administrative experience in a sales or dealership environment preferred.
· Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
· Knowledge of truck sales, parts, and service processes considered an asset.
· Customer-first mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
