ROLE OF THE SALES ADMINISTRATOR

This a temporary to permanent role looking for someone ambitious in a growing division. You will play a vital role in supporting the divisional manager and sales department by handling key administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and enabling the sales team to focus on client engagement and driving revenue growth. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES ADMINISTRATOR

As our Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, contracts, and invoices with accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and customer information.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries, onboarding, and after-sales support.
  • Assist with tender submissions, proposal preparation, and maintaining sales collateral.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and accurate record-keeping.
