Due to ongoing expansion, we are recruiting for a administrator to assist our operations and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative skillset, experience in a car sales background and understanding of a car sales process and transactions. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient operations and ensuring that all sales activities are well-coordinated.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong administrative experience with a focus on sales administration tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • A background in customer service is beneficial, along with IT skills to troubleshoot basic issues as they arise. Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and update sales records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process sales orders and manage inventory levels, coordinating with relevant departments as necessary.
  • Generate sales reports using Microsoft Excel, and motor trade systems such as Dragon2000 and AutoConvert to track performance metrics and assist in forecasting.
  • Assist the Operations team to update stock management systems.
  • Work with the HR team to update staff records in line with company confidentiality records.
