As our Inside Sales Representative, you’ll:

• Schedule appointments with prospective sales leads (inbound & outbound).
• Make follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and maintain relationships.
• Re-engage past prospects who didn’t initially close and convert them into sales (earn extra commission on each closed deal).
• Collect payments and handle entry-level accounts receivable duties.
• Maintain and track client call logs.
• Generate new leads through cold calling and networking.
