Description

We have an opportunity for a Sales Administrator who will provide proactive and effective administrative support for their designated Sales team members. This is an office-based role and you’ll be based at our office located at Cardiff Gate Business Park, CF23 8RW. Free onsite parking is available.
Hague Group is a highly successful, customer-focused sales organisation with offices across the UK and Australia. We work closely with businesses around the world providing unique print, software and IT solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately entering and managing of customer orders, updating and maintaining sales and client records
  • Liaising with colleagues, customers and suppliers via phone and email in relation to orders, stock and delivery requirements
  • Tracking orders through, from production to completion
  • Assisting with pricing and quotes
  • Updating your assigned team members of order updates or changes
    It doesn’t matter if you’re not from the print sector as full training will be provided.
