Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sales Administrator role is based in Ballisodare, Co. Sligo. You will provide direct sales support to our nationwide customer base and our field sales team. This position is central to keeping the sales function running smoothly, from processing enquiries and managing orders to ensuring customers receive accurate, timely service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage daily sales calls, tele sales campaigns, and follow up calls
· Process customer enquiries via phone, email, and website
· Generate quotations, orders, invoices, and credit notes
· Track held orders, back orders, part shipped orders, and stock levels
· Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams on deliveries and proof of delivery requests
· Support field sales reps with queries, quotes, catalogue updates, and samples
· Monitor and update product pricing, stock, and images on internal systems
