Housekeeping Club is a well-established local cleaning company dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services in Cumbria and North Lancashire.

We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to support our sales function. The role involves handling administrative tasks, assisting the sales team, conducting outbound cold calls, and helping to secure new business opportunities. To reward performance, there will be an incentive scheme for each site survey successfully booked.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Previous experience in administration and/or sales support preferred.
  • Confident and professional phone manner.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable working towards targets and motivated by incentives.
  • Proficient in Google workplace and CRM systems or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out outbound cold calling to prospective clients.
  • Book and schedule site surveys for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer databases/CRM with accurate records.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office admin tasks.
  • Support preparation of sales proposals, quotes, and follow-up correspondence.
  • Liaise with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Onboarding new clients and new staff members
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
